The walnuts can be used to prepare different types of delicacies including biscuits, pies, honey, chocolate and walnut liqueur. There are many uses for dried walnuts: in salads to give the dish a crunchy addition or as an alternative ingredient and to give a refined flavour to first courses and appetizers.
Our land is also ideal for the cultivation of vines. Alongside the production of walnuts, our core business, we produce Prosecco, a wine that is a symbol of Veneto. Prosecco Extra Dry is excellent for aperitifs, risottos, white meats and fish. The subtle taste makes it ideal to accompany any dish with a delicate flavour.
